When do you take the 0.5%?
Only when a payment succeeds: a first payment, a renewal, a retry that works, or a payment to resume. Declined attempts, retries that fail and free trials cost you nothing.
What happens to the fee when I refund?
It comes back in the same share as the refund. Refund half a payment and you get half the fee back; refund all of it and you get all of it back.
How do my customers pay?
With MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AirtelTigo Money, approved with their own PIN, or from their Monthly credits balance.
Can I try it before going live?
Yes. Every account starts in test mode with sandbox MoMo, where nothing real moves. Live mode opens once we’ve verified your business.
Is the fee rounded?
Per payment, to the nearest pesewa. The dashboard and reports show your revenue with the fee already taken off.
Do you work with large businesses?
